The Private Wealth Management Group had an extremely ambitious, complex plan to transform itself, that was not well-understood or well-received. To capture hearts and minds, I developed a compelling vision using a Mission to Mars analogy that was hailed as "elegant" and "inspiring."
Technical Quickstart Guide - "IPS Tool"
In order to support adoption of nascent technology, I produced a simple manual for wealth advisors and their staff to show how simple and painless the new process was - "done in 10 clicks or less!"

Innovative Visual - "Un-Org Chart"
In a fast-growing group, the company mandate against hierarchical organizational charts made it very difficult for employees to understand who did what, and to whom to go for help. To help, I developed a visually appealing "people bubble" chart that was both visually compelling and very useful.
